Are you anxious about the future? Do you often feel on edge or find yourself worried about the worst-case scenario? Do you wish you felt more at ease? Do you wish you were more confident?
Do you often feel like a failure? Would you describe yourself as a perfectionist? Do you feel like you cope with your anxiety by trying to stave off failure? Or do you find yourself procrastinating on important tasks? Would you describe yourself as a people pleaser? Do you often ask yourself what is wrong with you?
Is the above catching up with you? Are you beginning to feel unlike yourself? Are your relationships becoming affected?
I want you to know that you are not your issues. Together we will tease out what is you and what is your way of coping. We will learn what is serving you and what no longer is. Often my clients learn that the challenges they are facing today used to serve them and helped them survive. I want to assure you that I will provide a safe and non-judgemental space where together we will explore the challenges you are experiencing. If you want to learn how your story and experiences actually make sense and to start feeling more at peace with yourself, reach out today!
