Are you feeling overwhelmed by your emotions or disconnected from your true self? Life’s transitions, relationship challenges, or ongoing struggles with anxiety or self-doubt might be weighing you down. You could be questioning your identity, seeking deeper meaning, or wanting to break free from patterns and relationships that no longer serve you. If you’re looking for a safe, supportive space to explore your inner world, heal from past wounds, and create a future that aligns with who you truly are, I’m here to walk alongside you.

With my empathy, passion, and diverse helping experiences in a women’s treatment facility and homeless relief, I have developed a flexible and culturally sensitive approach. Drawing on Attachment, Emotion-Focused, Narrative, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and more, I aim to create an empowering environment where you feel safe, heard, and respected.

You deserve someone who sees you as a whole person, valuing your experiences, strengths, and dreams. I’m here to offer empathy and support as you explore emotions, reshape your life’s narrative, or find solutions to your challenges. Together, let’s take the first step toward a life that feels true to who you are.

    Meet Diana

Hello! I’m Diana, an Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a passion for helping individuals navigate personal challenges and lead more fulfilling lives. My journey into counselling was inspired by my own experiences growing up in a family that emigrated from Yugoslavia to Canada, which sparked my interest in how we adapt, express emotions, and cope with life’s complexities. I have worked with diverse populations, including adolescents, adults, and seniors in recovery programs, with a special focus on supporting women as they transition back into society. My commitment to empathy and community mental health was further strengthened through my leadership in organizing support for Toronto’s homeless community. I strive to help individuals cultivate self-awareness, foster personal growth, and build healthier relationships. Outside of my work, I enjoy appreciating nuances in cultures, spending time with loved ones, and engaging in activities like DIY projects, baking, dancing, and playing soccer.
