I believe that you are the expert of your own life, and that you have the potential to become your own “therapist” and manage your mental health with the right support and guidance.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I completed a Master’s of Science in Psychotherapy at McMaster University. I have extensive training in cognitive behavioural therapy and have worked with individuals presenting with complex mental health concerns. I have also gained significant educational exposure to various therapeutic modalities such as MBCT, ACT, and psychodynamic psychotherapy. I also have significant experience providing exposure therapy to individuals presenting with specific phobias.
When I am not seeing my clients, you can find me baking which I especially enjoy in the fall or enjoying a bowl of spaghetti bolognese which is my favourite food.
