Experience
I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the CRPO. I completed a Master’s of Science in Psychotherapy at McMaster University. I have extensive training in cognitive behavioural therapy and have worked with individuals presenting with complex mental health concerns. I have also gained significant educational exposure to various therapeutic modalities such as MBCT, ACT, and psychodynamic psychotherapy. I also have significant experience providing exposure therapy to individuals presenting with specific phobias.
