My therapeutic style is eclectic, with elements from person-centered, cognitive behavioural, solution focused, narrative, and family structure therapies. I work with a culturally sensitive, strength-based, holistic, and collaborative approach. Meet Nitya

Nitya is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the CRPO. She is a University of Toronto graduate with a Honours Bachelor of Science degree in life science with a double major in Biology and Psychology. Nitya is currently completing her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. In addition to this, Nitya has completed a Community Mental Health Case Management Certificate from George Brown College and a Public Administration and Leadership Certificate from the Toronto Metropolitan University (priorly Ryerson University). Nitya brings years of experience working with families with children who have complex needs, as a care co-ordinator and as a behavioural clinician at ErinOaks Kids Centre for Treatment and Development, and as a community support worker.
