Taking the first step toward therapy can feel intimidating, especially when you have been carrying a lot on your own. My goal is to provide a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and supported as you navigate life’s challenges.
I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and am passionate about supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, burnout, grief, trauma, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, emotional regulation difficulties, relationship challenges, family conflict, and women’s issues. I have a particular interest in racial and cultural identity, interracial relationships, and helping individuals navigate cultural differences, family expectations, and a sense of belonging.
