Individual Therapy: $170/ 50-minute Session
Are you feeling overwhelmed by emotions, navigating life transitions, or struggling with anxiety, relationship challenges, or self-doubt? If you’re looking for a safe and compassionate space to explore your inner world, heal from past wounds, and move toward a life that feels more aligned with your authentic self, I’m here to walk alongside you.
I offer a warm, culturally sensitive, and flexible approach informed by diverse experiences—including my work in a women’s addiction treatment facility and my leadership in community support initiatives for Toronto’s homeless population. I draw from Attachment Theory, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and related modalities to create a collaborative space where you feel empowered, heard, and respected.
My goal is to offer a supportive, empathic presence as you navigate difficult emotions, re-author your life story, and discover meaningful, sustainable paths forward. Together, we can take the first steps toward a life more deeply connected to who you truly are.
Hello! I’m Diana, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s complexities and cultivate more fulfilling, authentic lives. My personal journey, growing up as a first-generation Canadian from a family who emigrated from ex-Yugoslavia, sparked my lifelong interest in emotional resilience, cultural identity, and adaptation across life transitions.
I have had the privilege of supporting a diverse range of clients, including adolescents, adults, and seniors, across recovery programs, mental health initiatives, and community-based services. I bring special sensitivity to issues such as anxiety, trauma recovery, perfectionism, self-esteem challenges, relationship dynamics, and cultural identity exploration. Through my therapeutic work, I strive to help individuals increase self-awareness, strengthen emotional wellbeing, and build healthier relationships with themselves and others.
You deserve to be seen as a whole person—valued not only for your challenges but also for your strengths, hopes, and dreams. My goal is to offer a supportive and empathic presence as you navigate emotions, re-author your life story, and find meaningful, sustainable solutions. Together, we can take the first steps toward living a life that is more connected to who you truly are.
Outside of my professional life, I am deeply passionate about helping others and contributing meaningfully to my community. As Ram Dass once said, “We are all just walking each other home.” That belief remains at the heart of my work…holding space for healing, connection, and becoming. I also find joy in appreciating cultural nuances, spending time with loved ones, caring for animals, baking, working on DIY projects, dancing, and playing soccer.
