Are you feeling overwhelmed in your life? Do you find yourself caught in a cycle of stress, worry, and doubt, longing for a sense of balance, calm, and clarity? Are you struggling with motivation or accomplishing your goals?

My name is Nitya (she/her), and I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). I specialize in helping individuals like you navigate the complexities of life and mental health challenges. With over seven years of experience working with neurodivergent individuals and their families, I understand the unique struggles you may be facing. I am here to support and empower you in your journey towards growth, healing, and change.

My therapeutic style is eclectic, with elements from person-centered, cognitive behavioural, dialectical behaviour, solution focused, narrative, and family systems therapies. I work with a culturally sensitive, strength-based, holistic, and collaborative approach. We will work together to uncover the root causes of your issues and develop effective strategies for managing them.

As someone who has lived in both Eastern and Western parts of the world, I appreciate the impacts of culture and family of origin on life. Also, as an immigrant South Asian woman of colour, I understand the impacts of intersectionality and the need for a holistic perspective.

I’m not just here to help you cope – I’m here to help you thrive. Together, we will explore your experiences in a safe, authentic, and supportive space, empowering you to create meaningful change and cultivate a life that you want. If this resonates with you, please reach out.
