Associate Therapist, MACP, Registered Psychotherapist

Meet Christine

I help people from all walks of life who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, angry, powerless, or hopeless. Many of my clients come to therapy experiencing relational difficulties, emotional triggers, shutdown, exhaustion, or a sense of disconnection from important parts of their lives. Often, they describe difficulty recognizing, prioritizing, or communicating their needs—something that can deeply affect health, relationships, and overall quality of life. Many arrive at a point that feels like a breaking point.

Together, we take time to understand your lived experience, including your strengths, life story, trauma history, and the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. I offer a compassionate, grounded space where your experiences are met with care, curiosity, and respect.

My approach is grounded in compassion and faith, and honours the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. Where it is meaningful for you, I also integrate faith into the therapeutic process as a source of strength, meaning, and healing.

I support clients in connecting with the parts of themselves that long to be seen, heard, and understood. Alongside managing current distress, we also work toward deeper, lasting change so that long-standing patterns no longer have to define your life.

If you are seeking self-exploration, support in coping more effectively, and healing at the root of anxiety, perfectionism, trauma, or depression, you are in the right place. It would be an honour to walk alongside you as you move toward a more grounded, connected, and meaningful life.

About Christine

I am a physician-turned psychotherapist with a passion for the mind-body-spirit connection and trauma-informed care. I take an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from Emotion-Focused Therapy, Cognitive and Behavioural approaches, Polyvagal Theory, Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), inner child work, and EMDR.

My work is grounded in compassion and respect for each person’s unique story, and when desired, includes the integration of faith as part of the healing process. I aim to support clients in making sense of their experiences in a way that is both psychologically and spiritually meaningful.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. Prior to my graduate training, I completed multiple psychiatry elective rotations, including in Adult and Geriatric Psychiatry at the London Health Sciences Centre.

I am also EMDR-trained and committed to supporting healing that honours the connection between mind, body, and spirit in a way that fosters lasting change.
